Michael Moylan
President
Retail Banking
Mike is no stranger to the bank, having started with Northbrook Bank & Trust as the branch Manager at the Glenview office when it opened in 2014. He then headed up the charter’s retail network in 2019 and most recently has served as a retail market head for eight Wintrust charters the last three years. Mike served for years as a director of Glenview Chamber, which recognized him as their Businessperson of the Year. He, wife Gen, and their two children reside in Glenview. A Graduate of Illinois State University with an MBA from DePaul, Mike will soon be attending Madison’s Graduate School of Banking this summer.
