Wintrust announced its appointment of Nathan Margol as CEO of Northbrook Bank & Trust and Kendra Castelloni as president of Northbrook Bank & Trust, a member of the Wintrust Community Bank family.

Margol previously served as executive vice president and as team lead of the commercial and industrial division at Northbrook Bank & Trust. Prior to joining Wintrust nine years ago, he was a vice president in commercial banking at JPMorgan Chase. Additionally, he serves as a member of the Wintrust Sponsor Finance group.

A resident of Lake Forest and alumnus of Michigan State University, Margol serves on the advisory board of Glenbrook North High School’s incubator class.

Castelloni previously managed the Wintrust Wealth Management team and served as a lead advisor and relationship manager to high net worth individuals, families, and organizations, including closely-held and family-owned businesses. She enjoys working with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their lifestyle, career, philanthropic, and wealth planning goals. Previously, Castelloni was a private client advisor at JP Morgan Chase.

She is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a degree in finance and lives in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
