Kristen Knezovich Joins Northbrook Bank & Trust

Northbrook Bank & Trust Company, a Wintrust Community Bank, announced recently that Kristen Knezovich will be joining the bank as Assistant Vice President. Her primary responsibility will be to lead the Human Resources team. Knezovich will also be very active in assisting Wintrust lenders launching the new credit analyst recruiting and rotational program. Knezovich previously worked for Northbrook Bank & Trust’s sister bank, North Shore Community Bank as a Human Resources Officer, and has also helped Wintrust on a corporate level with various Human Resource duties including educating new employees obtained through bank acquisitions of the benefits of working at a Wintrust Community Bank.
